We have a 72 hours replacement policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a replacement in case the product received is damaged or wrong.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items to be sent to us at your own expense once approved, we will send the replacement after quality check and approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items once opened cannot be returned/ replaced, any notification given to us after 72 hours of product arrival will not be accepted. Product images along with the order ID is must while processing a return request.
